How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery address.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Where do you currently ship?

GOS MERCH currently ships within the United States. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically enter production within 24 hours of submission and are shipped within 2–7 business days. An estimated ship-by date is provided for each order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package from shipment to delivery.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Items in the same order may sometimes be produced and shipped from different facilities. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include original tags and packaging.

What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days. For sizing, change-of-mind, or preference returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gosmerch.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

If we make a mistake, we make it right. Verified issues qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Do you offer exchanges?

Because our products are made to order, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Who pays for return shipping?

GOS MERCH covers return shipping for our errors or verified manufacturing defects.

For eligible returns due to sizing, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your financial institution may require several business days to process the refund.

What if my package is lost?

Contact contact@gosmerch.store if your package appears lost. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll provide a replacement or full refund.

Ordering, Products & Sizing

What sizes do you carry?

Sizes vary by garment and are listed on each product page.

Need a size that isn't listed, such as XS, 3XL, or 4XL? Email contact@gosmerch.store with the design, color, and size you need. If it's available for that garment, we'll be happy to have it produced for you.

How does GOS MERCH apparel fit?

Fit varies by garment. Please check the Size Guide on the product page before ordering for measurements specific to that item.

What materials are your garments made from?

Materials vary by product and may include cotton, cotton blends, polyester, and moisture-wicking performance fabrics.

The fabric composition and features for each garment are listed on its product page.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most GOS MERCH products are produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact contact@gosmerch.store as soon as possible.

If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes. We welcome inquiries for custom apparel for ministries, churches, organizations, events, teams, and other special purposes.

Custom work must be consistent with the spiritual and ethical standards of GOS MERCH and is subject to availability and production requirements.

Product Care & Color

How should I care for my GOS MERCH apparel?

Care varies by garment. Always follow the instructions on the product page and garment label.

For printed apparel, washing inside out and avoiding excessive heat or ironing directly over the design can help extend its life.

Will the printed design fade?

Some natural wear can occur over time. Following the recommended care instructions will help preserve both the garment and the print.

Will the color look exactly like it does on my screen?

We make every effort to represent colors accurately, but screens, lighting, fabric composition, and production methods can cause slight differences.

Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Why can the same color look different on different garments?

Fabric type, fiber blend, weight, and dye process can affect how a color appears. Heather and blended fabrics may also look different from solid colors.
